It is the inflammation of the outer skin which causes horrible itching and burning to the point you may think that your skin is going to tear off. Attack the problem as soon as it starts. This may sound simple but you wouldn’t believe the majority of persons who allow their eczema to get out of control. You must treat your eczema as soon as you see any sign of little rashes coming out on your skin.

Avoid itching your skin. Yes I know this is one of the hardest thing in the world to do when you have eczema. But it is very important that you don’t itch your skin. You see the slightest itch can irritate the area and even cause it to bleed. I find that when I had eczema, sitting on my hands help me to reduce the scratching the area to a great extent.

Go for proven natural remedies. While over the counter medications and even prescribed ones may help to some extent, most of them only treat the symptoms of the eczema.
